Kid in the window

The other evening I saw a little kid, like 2 years old, sitting in the second story window pictured here.

 

He was sticking his little legs through the bars and yelling at people passing by. He'd yell "hey." I saw him and yelled up "does your mommy know you're in the window?" He said she did. Right after that, a grown up came and removed him from the window.
